Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act 2015
Over the last few months Patrick Fitzgerald the chairperson of the Liffey Voices has attend a number of training sessions set up by Inclusion Ireland University of Galway and Legal Capacity. These have all been very helpful but more accessible information is needed to support more people to understand the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act as this has a big impact for adults who are supported by SJOG Community Services. These resources were created to Support our Equality and Rights Policy project developed by St John of God Kerry and Liffey Services funded by HSE CHO 4 and CHO 7.
