The Self-Advocates from Saint John of God Community Services Liffey Region, were invited Brussels to share how they have embraced technology over the past few years. The group focused on mobile technology and how it supports them to be more independent.
At the Entelis conference self-advocates David Dean and Sarah-Jane Lavin presented how they are using technology every day and some of the projects they have been involved with in Saint John of God Community Services. They were supported by Alan Byrne, Supervisor in a the Leo Drop In Club, Walkinstown and Sarah Boland, Assistive Technology Facilitator for the Liffey Region.
